Meet our founder – Prof. Ciise M. Xalane
Prof. Ciise M. Xalane is a widely recognized academic, policy advisor, and economic development expert with over a decade of experience. His career encompasses pivotal leadership roles at the Somali Chamber of Commerce and Industry and various academic institutions, as well as significant contributions to international trade policies and foreign direct investment in post-conflict Somalia. His expertise in crafting public-private dialogue prompts, driving institutional capacity, and advancing economic and social policies uniquely positions Xalane Consultancy as a trusted partner for transformative change.
